In the kingdom of Loxumbagel, 8 knights are vying for Princess Foan’s hand in marriage. They will each take a turn to make their plea during the 8 nights of Hanukkah. Who will she choose? And will Avinu Volcano erupt before the 8 nights are over? Someone had better come up with a plan.
Irv Korman is an author, entertainment writer, theater critic, actor, clown, and magician. He was a speech and language therapist for the Akron Public Schools for 30 years and a Senior Lecturer in The School of Communication for The University of Akron for 13 years.
Irv has received four Communicator Awards for his writing and one Chanticleer Award for his acting.
A resident of the Akron, Ohio area for over 70 years, Irv received both his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology and his Master of Arts in Theater from The University of Akron.
Irv is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.
The Eight Knights of Hanukkah is his eighth book.
